Two ways to buy
Both are official. What changes is the handling.
There is no "shop version" and no "web version": it is the same unit, out of the same warehouse. Pick whichever suits you on the day.
Buying here
It leaves our warehouse within 24 working hours of payment, in plain packaging. We handle the warranty from start to finish: you write to us, you get an answer the same working day and, if it is a defect, the replacement ships before your unit reaches us.
At a distributor
You see it, you take it home the same day and you ask someone who sells growing equipment every day. The warranty is still the brand’s: the shop processes it with us, so you are never left in between. Call ahead if you want a specific model, because counter stock varies from shop to shop.

We work with retailers, installers and greenhouse projects across continental Europe. Send us your shop name and roughly the volume you handle and we will come back with pricing, lead times and warranty terms. No impossible minimums and no exclusivity we cannot honour.

What people ask us before buying.
Is it cheaper at a distributor than on your site?
Each shop sets its own price, so it depends on the model and the moment. Here you buy from the brand, with no reseller margin in between. At a shop you get counter service and the unit the same day. Compare both and take whichever works: we are not bothered if you buy from our distributors, that is why we work with them.
If I buy at a shop or on Amazon, who covers the warranty?
The manufacturer warranty is ours and it is worth the same: three years against manufacturing defects, which is the legal minimum in Spain, and up to five on the Libolux range. What changes is the paperwork. A distributor processes it directly with us. On a marketplace, the first step is the platform, with its own timescales and return process. Buying here, we handle it end to end, and that is the fastest route.
Can I see a panel running before I buy it?
At the distributors you usually can, but call ahead. Counter stock varies by shop and not all of them have every model set up. If you are after a specific one, say which on the phone and save yourself the trip.
Do you sell outside Spain?
Yes. We ship across continental Europe from our own warehouse, and we handle the warranty from here — you never have to send anything to China or to someone else’s service centre. Our distributor shops are in Spain for now, and Cannadusa covers the German market.
