Light height changes throughout the grow: higher for cuttings and seedlings, lower as the plants develop. With these hangers you adjust it in a moment, without unhooking anything and with the fixture always level.
You need one kit (2 hangers) per fixture. They also work for hanging extractor fans, carbon filters or any light equipment in the tent.
