PACKAGE SHIPPING
Shipments are made within 24 working hours after receiving the payment in the bank account. The delivery time starts from the shipment dispatch and is counted in working days, meaning that weekends and holidays are not included. Shipments are made to mainland Spain and the rest of Europe by SEUR or GLS courier companies. The shipment of an order paid through the virtual POS will be made as soon as the payment is confirmed in the bank account. This operation depends on the bank, and while it is usually immediate, in some cases it may take up to 48 hours to be approved.
DELIVERY TIMES
- SPAIN and PORTUGAL (Mainland): Delivery time on the mainland is 24/48 hours. Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Azores, or Madeira.
- BALEARIC ISLANDS: Delivery time is 48/72 hours.
- REST OF CONTINENTAL EUROPE: We ship to all of continental European Union, with a delivery time of 3 to 4 working days depending on the country. For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, please contact info@libolux.com.
- REST OF THE WORLD: Please contact info@libolux.com.
The delivery times are established by the courier services we work with in Spain, according to agreements with local companies in each of the countries we ship to. However, Spanish courier services cannot guarantee that, upon arrival in the destination country, subcontracting local courier companies will not delay the delivery by a day, although this is uncommon.

PACKAGING Shipments are made discreetly, in a sealed box wrapped in black film.
PAYMENT METHODS
Bank Transfer: Orders must be paid by bank transfer. It is important to include the order number provided at the end of the purchase in the transfer reference. To expedite the shipment, the payment receipt can be sent to info@libolux.com. For transfers made from outside the mainland, please note that the transfer must be ordered in Euros. Bank fees and exchange rate charges are the customer’s responsibility. The order will be considered completed once the bank transfer is confirmed. Please be aware that transfers made from another bank may take one business day to process, which may delay the order shipment. Bank account details:

Once the shipment is made, we will send an email with the tracking number so that the customer can continuously monitor the status of their order.
Card Payment Gateway: REDSYS System (Caixabank): Redsys is a virtual payment platform that accepts payments from credit and debit cards. It acts as an intermediary between the buyer and our online store’s associated bank, receiving payments quickly, easily, and securely. It is the most widely used payment gateway in Europe and includes 3Dsecure verification to prevent identity theft. This gateway can be used with the most common cards: Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners, or Unionpay, among others.
PRICES
All prices shown on the website include Value Added Tax. If another tax applies, it will be indicated in advance.
OFFER AND VALIDITY
Offers will be indicated alongside the product and its essential characteristics, the offer price, and the validity. Espanie International Group SL reserves the right on the website (www.libolux.com) to withdraw, replenish, or change the products offered through the site, including the content of the same. The products offered on the website are governed by the current General Terms and Conditions of Sale; however, Espanie International Group SL reserves the right to cease offering access to these offers without prior notice.
RETURN POLICY

- Without Cause
A return may be requested within 14 business days from the receipt of the order by the customer, without stating any reason, as long as the product remains in its original seal, without defects or damages.
The company will refund, within a maximum of 15 days, the value of the products minus the costs incurred in shipping and returning the items, once the articles have returned to the premises of Espanie International Group SL.
If payments are made with a card that has not been identified by its holder, the charge will be immediately canceled, and the amount will be refunded as quickly as possible. However, if the purchase was indeed made by the cardholder, they will be liable to Espanie International Group SL for any damages caused as a result of the cancellation.
- For Order Discrepancies
If the reason for the return is discrepancies between the order and the receipt of the items (wrong products or missing units), the claim must be made within 14 days of receiving the product and always keeping the original packaging intact. Espanie International Group SL will cover the costs of the return and/or new shipment.
- Damaged Goods
For damages occurring during shipping, Espanie International Group SL will cover the costs of the return and/or new shipment. The customer must take a photograph of the package’s condition at the time of receipt. Claims for damages will not be accepted after 48 hours from receipt, as this is the time frame within which the company can claim damages from the courier. The company will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, sending the courier to collect the package and either re-shipping or refunding the order amount once the damaged product arrives at our facilities.
